Behavioral and emotional health issues among first responders have gained national attention. The Ohio Association of Public Safety Communication Officials (Ohio APCO), along with The Ohio State University and Ohio Mental Health & Addiction Services, wish to better understand behavioral and emotional health among all public safety communications professionals in Ohio by conducting a survey developed for this purpose.
Survey responses are anonymous and will be compared to national and international data.
It will take less than five minutes to complete the survey. The goal of this project is to better understand the problem and to continuously improve the resources we provide to all first responders and their families. Anyone who works in public safety (police, fire, and/or EMS) communications, is encouraged to participate.
The survey will remain open through February 1, 2020
