Linked below is a notice from the FCC that affects PSAPs specifically in the 440 and 513 area codes. Those areas will be required to dial the full 10-digits for all phone calls effective October 24, 2021. This change is being completed in anticipation of the implementation of the new Nation Suicide Prevention Lifeline using the three digit code 9-8-8.
