Presient Sells has appointed Captain Matt Franke, Butler County Sheriff’s Office, to serve as the Ohio Chapter Executive Council Representative. Franke will also serve as the chapter’s Legislative Liaison. Captain Franke most recently served as the North Central Regional Representative for the APCO Board of Directors. He brings a wealth of experience as a past chapter president and executive council member. Franke will have some big shoes to fill following Jay Somerville, but I have absolute faith that he will fill this role well and positively represent Ohio.
